Agrovi launches new international company
Agrovi has introduced Agroganic to house their international agronomy services – with a mission to provide strategic and management advice on regenerative agriculture throughout Europe.
More than 20 years’ experience working with large scale corporate farms throughout Eastern Europe has positioned Agrovi as a prime provider of expert knowledge within emerging agricultural production systems, including regenerative farming approaches for large multi-site corporate farms. Recently the Danish agronomy provider has experienced rapid international demand for these services. In response to this, Agrovi has launched Agroganic, a new subsidiary company which exclusively works with farms outside Danish borders.
Moving the international clients base to Agroganic is a strategic development to provide high quality agronomy services and solutions to a growing list of clients throughout Europe. As part of this, Agroganic are offering agribusinesses across Europe strategic and management advice on sustainable production practices such as carbon farming, precision farming and ESG reporting. CEO Niels Peter Ravnsborg emphasizes that regenerative agriculture is an important approach to fight the ongoing climate and biodiversity crisis we are facing today:
“Regenerative farming is about working with nature rather than against it. While we need to address the increasing demand for food and agricultural products, this must be met with responsible farming practices which also focuses on biodiversity and carbon sequestration. We have the knowledge to do so by combining our expertise on alternative crop production systems, large scale farming and agroecology.
